    Said they were a debt reduction service offering the lowest rate credit card.  Just like all the other "Card Services" scammers.  I informed the rep I would think he should turn to self prostitution before being part of such a scam.

    Received two calls from this number in two days and no message was left; that and the weird "000" exchange made me curious to see if I could locate an owner; but not curious enough to call it, in case it left spam or viruses to my communication system.
