I have received calls from this same 'company'.  I honestly thought they were an attorney's office.  Apparently they are not attorney's.  They told me that my son had written a bad check on his bank account. He doesn' even have a bank account.

Yeah, these guys are legit, but maybe they should get someone who doesn't have a thick accent call me. Well, I called them up, this dummy with an accent you couldn't understand talks to me, and I say "no" to whatever he says to me, and he hangs up. Haven't heard from  them since.

This is in relation to a bank account I still owe on, s that's how I can tell its legit.

i talk to a collector about a payday loan i took in 2009 and i did not know you can go to jail for not paying a payday loan ,can some one please help me understand if this is true ? I talk to a guy by the name of steve and said i need to pay asap or i will go to jail .  Thanks Good i recorded the call when they call me this morning. I will call my attorney to see if i can go to jail for a payday loan.

I had my husband (who is an attorney)do research on Brown Meyers & Associates/ Law Office of Ryan L Copeland due to the multiple phone calls they were making to get a hold of my son about a payday loan. Come to find out this company employs convicted felons, and the director Mr. Jay Rodriguez is listed as a sexual harasser along with a Darren Gonzalez! This was all the information needed to understand that this company is absolutely unstable! Clearly they have no regards of who they employ and further more what idiot hires without background checks? These are unorganized debt collectors with a bad reputation and it makes no sense to pay when they will probably be shut down due to the illegal ways they try handling people!

Private, where you fine this information ? First i guess you most be one of the collectors they terminated for not doing the right thing right? I guess no one is willing to hire you cause you a f-up. Oh well if you husband did a research please tell me where he when lol making false accusations to damage a company its what low people like you do. You are just an unhappy excollector that maybe the  company terminated for not doing the right thing and i am sure you unemployment was also decline lol....
