A gentleman called (addressing me) and said it as very important I talked to him regarding my sister (He stated her full name).  So I picked it up, and asked why he was calling my house looking for my sister.  He said she listed this phone number as place to contact her (which never happened, my sister does not even know my home phone number, she uses my cell).  He also had our home phone number from when we were kids and she hasn't lived there for years.  He wanted her current phone number and contact info, which I refused to give out.  He also refused to tell me what it as regarding or who he worked for.  He just said it's regarding business.

Hi CJ, I just want to explain to you that at the collection agencies, collectors are required to say what this person told you, the FDCPA protects the debtors so collectors aren't allowed to disclose any information whatsoever, be helpful, if you can't provide the collector with your sister's information, at least pass this information on to your sister if you care for her and her credit and don't think bad about the person calling you, he's just doing his job and doing it well obeying the FDCPA laws
