Missed call

I received a threatening call from a man identifying himself as Frankie Rosario.  His message was he needed to hear from me by 4:30pm eastern today (12/09) or I would regret it.  He did not state any company that he represented and I am not returning his phone call.

So what happened? Did they call back? Who are they?

It's Hunter Warfield Legal dept. They sue on defaulted apartment leases and funeral home contracts.

Recieved a threatning phone call from caller identifying himself as Frankie Rosario who yelled at me, threatened me and when I called back refused to let me speak to anyone above him. He called me names, and when I explained that I was severely burned In a fire and am in severe medical debt so couldn't pay he told me I was "passing the buck" and "would be sorry!"

Tell the disrespectful & rude SOB to put his claims in writing and mail them to you. As per federal regulations under the FDCPA. If he refuses, case closed. Block his calls or ignore him. If he complies, turn his claims over to your attorney. If you can't afford an attorney, contact your local legal aid organizations. Help is out there, you just need to find it.
I'm very sorry to hear about your injuries. A bottom feeding debt collector that would talk to you in these ways is beneath contempt. There's not a court in the country that would feel differently. Stay proud and....
