Called did not leave message. Tampa Florida on call#

I've been receiving calls from this number. There's never a voicemail left.  Today caller id popped up and said Hunter Warfield.  Did a search and it's a collection agency and a nasty one from what I read.  I've had my number for a year and I get nothing but collection calls for the person who had it before.  Heck I've been getting calls from the probation office for the same person.
Guess I'll block this number too along with all the other collection agencies calling for the person who doesn't live here.  Telling them does no good.

Got a call from this number and they said “This is an attempt to collect a debt. Is Barry there?”  Well, Barry is my dad and passed away 5 years ago. The “representative” couldn’t/wouldn’t tell me what the debt is for but demanded I pay. Massive scam artists

Got a call from this number.  They asked for my husband.  Told them he wasn't here, how can I help you?  They then replied "thank you ma'am" and hung up.

Some type of scam I’m sure they keep calling but won’t leave a voicemail and when I answer they ask for a person who I don’t know sounds fishy so I’ll be adding them to my block list! Which is awful long with all the phone scams out there lately

Called and left no answer.
