Received a call re: a bill for boyfriend's grandma, a disputed bill in which the company would not return @ 8 calls re: issue.  Man (says his name Steve Simms) states bill needs to be paid. As I started to explain situation, and proof bill was not owed, He raised voice over me and told me if I was going to be a jerk, he would just put it on her credit. I called back and asked for superviser to call back re: this, noone did.  Although they still call my phone, i press button to talk to someone and then it disconnects me.  Each time, charging my cell phone minutes.
