Voice mail from a guy calling himself "Bob Sheppardy" or something like that. Said he had a decision to make and wanted to speak with me before making the decision. Went on to say he would make the decision with or without a return phone call. Did not indicate who or what he represented.

I called the number back and it's a female's voice saying she's Bob Ketler and she will call back if I leave a message. Bob left a message and is a male, he also stated he had a decision to make weather I called back or not. Did NOT state what company he worked for or even why he was calling...Sound like a Scam...

this is a collection company for (at least in my case) a crappy apartment that we had signed the lease on and then they showed us gave us our keys (to a different unit) and the place was TRASHED. I told them that we weren't staying there and we wanted released from our lease. Long to short of it: Found a different place. They sent me to collections even though I never spent a single night there.
This collections company is full of morons and you have to be tough with them to get them to cut through the crap.

I got a call from this number telling that they are collection company and there was lease breakage charge, damage charges, delayed rent etc (few thousand dollars) when I moved from my previous apt to another apt. I told him that I will talk to previous renter and get things clarified. He insisted that previous renter has reported my case to them and they would not entertain my call. When I called my previous renter, they told me that my account has zero balance and I don't have to pay anything. This is a FRAUD number, do not comply with whatever they say.
