Called asked for shmitty, was told it was a wrong number and calling a cell phone. Continued to badger me about whether I knew this person and that I was listed as a relative. Asked his name and company and he says, "you must know them then if you want to know who is calling"  would not identify his name or company and would not Agree to remove my number.

I've gotten called by this number about 3 times, never leave a voicemail and I'm afraid to return the call/answer with these scams charging you by the minute. Here's what my phone displays when they call:

I don't know anyone in Florida therefor I'm assuming its a telemarketer, seeing as I don't owe any money to any companies.

its a collection agency.  you might want to call back to make sure you dont own any or someone isnt using your data
