What did they call me? Who was it?

This number goes back to a Beth Rogers, but she never tells her company info on her message or when she calls.  I say forget them if they can't leave their info.

Received a message from a Beth Michaels looking for a gentleman I don't know. She supposedly removed my number from their database.

Beth Michaels called me as well regarding two other parties.  She broke no less than two laws personally regarding the FDCPA.  She is an agent of Hunter Warfield (www.hunterwarfield.com), a collection agency.  Although it is annoying to deal with and fix, these collection agencies who refuse to follow the law make debts uncollectable as far as I know.

Spoke with a Marcus and a Mike who were both very irate in the fact that I lost my job and could not afford to pay a debt that I owe. On top of that, the charges were excessive and I asked for a printed list of the charges. Both hung up on me because I could not pay the debt right now and even wanted to make sure I wasn't being unfairly charged. Mike even said I was wasting his time. Now, I'm harrassing them but the numbers now come up busy or the call never connects. Hmmm.. red flag to me.

I have impeccable credit; not a blemish on it.  Apparently, at some time prior to my retirement from the Army in 2007, another person had the telephone number - or at least used it - I now have as my residential phone number.  He apparently also did not pay his bills.  Every debt collection agency in North America has called here looking for him, some not believing that I've never met the man, don't know him and don't care to ever know him.  Hunter Warfield is about the most persistent and the most disagreeable.  A young lady by the name of "Sean" called here yet again today from Hunter Warfield.   I think they cycle through old unresolved files periodically and attempt to track down bad debtors using the same information that has gotten them no where in the past.  Since I screen all my calls, this is a simple fix.  I block the number so that they cannot call again.
