Stupid Creditors

Total a$$ holes! You try and settle your debt and when you go to pay the amount they say (like knocking off 10% of the debt) they change their minds and they have to have the full amount.

I have advised these a$$holes to take my number off of their call list. The person they are looking for does not own my cellphone. I need to know if there is someone I can report them to..

Called work number and tried to get a cell number to call back on. Said they have a legal claim against us and he was calling to help us. I'm sure he wanted to help us by having us pay some past due library fine.

I hate that company nothing but a** holes who have no life. They don't even try to listen to your side of the story.

I got a call from this number from Adam Rock. Everytime I would say something he would follow it up with a "That's irrelevant." He could never tell me what exactly the money owed was for. The dude was a total douche.

yeah i got a call from the [***] called adam rock... dude is a complete [***]... doesnt really listen to you but whatever... if he likes the stick up his ass that much theres nothing you could do about it.

RECEIVED CALL FROM ADAM ROCK VERY NASTY INDIVIDUAL AND RUDE. SMART A@@ SHOULD NOT BE WORKING FOR A DEBT COLLECTOR WITH THAT ATTITUDE.

Adam Rock called me but would not give me any particulars.

Adam Rock called from that #. We screen our calls.  Said he had a "decision to make".  Then, later in the message he said he'd make the decision "with or without your return call".

Adam Rock called me said I owed them money. I have proof that I'm free and clear from this debt but he said there was no proof from the client. He was such an A$$whole. He can call me all he wants the letter says I am free from all and any other financial debt:-). This is why I SAVE ALL my documentation.

A message was left on my cell phone for some else with the same BS about making a decision today and to call back.
It was'nt Adam but a womans voice with the same line as others have reported.
Company was not identified on message.
I did not call back and deleted message

Received another call, Kelly Madison left message that my caller ID did not match the person they were calling for but wanted me to call them anyway. different person from yesterdays call.

If they call again, get their name, co name, phone number, etc.  Note the date and time of all calls and take notes.  Then tell them you are not the person they are looking for and to stop calling.  Tell them also that if they continue to harass you, you will call your state attorney general's office and tell THEM this guy/company is violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by continuing to harass you when you'ce made it clear they have the wrong person.  You may also want to send them a certified letter just to CYA.C6F3

i got a call at 9am (woke me up) it was kelly madison looking for someone with same last name .. i called back and left a message ,,,, hope it works ....I hate you Kelly!!!!!!!!
