After receiving several hang-up calls from this number.  They called again and left a voice mail.  The caller stated his name was Christopher Yenz and that he could help me with the lawsuit against me from Austin College.  I called back and left a message telling them they had the wrong number/person.  That was before I had realized that it likely wasn't a genuine caller but some kind of scam.

Caller says his name is Marty Saz and he can help me settle a lawsuit against my company. He says he can reduce the amount of the judgement in half or break it into 4 easy payments. I too had several hangups from this number. I asked him for an email address and he gave me  msaz@emerge180.com and he said his phone number was 813-341-0532, but my caller ID read 813-341-0516.

Marty Saaz left two messages on our answering machine regarding a "legal matter".  He said that a company named "Century Tower" had filed a lawsuit against us for $4028, and that he could help settle this out of court for about half of the amount, and gave a reference case number of #32-207.  He said up front on the message that he was with Emerge180 and his phone number was 813-341-0516. I could hear others talking on the phone in the background.

This is questionable (as others have stated) because our company he is refering to has been out of business for about 17 years, and I can find no record of a company called "Century Tower" (Century Towers is a residential condo sales office in Chicago and New York).  Dont know why a condo realtor would file a lawsuit against a defunct childrens' party service.

I to have had two calls from a Marty Saz About a jugment for 21000.00 dollars from a scafoding company . My company is a small company 4 employes and has never done any Business in florida or with any scafolding company. I am also A 100% dept free company!!!!!!!!!!

We are a turf grass company.  We received a message from this so called Marty Saaz saying that American Express had a lawsuit against us.  Referenced a case number and all.  Said he was with Emerge180.  What a joke!!  I think I'm going to call and harrass him.  There is no way to find out who this jerk is so I might as well blow his phone up.  Keep him from scamming other people.

Emerge 180 is now using yet another phone number - 727-304-4384. They had called me twice in the past two weeks and when I research them online, I found they are a financial business company that only negotiates as a third-party in financial lawsuits, they're not a law firm or debt company. Given I do not own a business or owe anyone any money (I'm debt free), I'm ignoring Emerge 180, given the complaints on 800Notes sound this company is a complex scam. After all, if they truly are a legit company, why bother with so many phone numbers in the past five years for their office in Tampa, FL? Not to mention bothering calling people who do not own a business or owe anyone money. Blocking this company permanently from every calling me.
