This is seemingly a low usage line from debt collector. I have now blocked on my phone. This scum collector has never sent any paperwork, like they are all supposed to, identifying who they are, who is the alleged creditor, amount, etc. They just apparently like to call and be ignored, as I block every number they call from.

Got a call from this number today saying the person they were trying to reach needed to contact 'David Miller', then my neighbor tells me he got a call saying the same thing and that HIS number was given to them in order to contact that same person.  All I can figure is that they're going by addresses and calling whatever numbers are associated with them on some kind of Google search.  The other number given in the voicemail on my number was 877-431-7784.  Both numbers come up in a Google search as being connected to a shady debt collector who isn't even BBB-accredited.  I don't even want to call these people to tell them they have the wrong person... VERY suspicious and weird.
