Not only do calls come in w/no message left.  It usually only rings twice then goes dead.  wtf?

This jerk calls my home all day long when I'm away. When I finally am home and answer they hang up in my face. I guess there are  lot of smart people sitting at home playing with cell phones all day instead of working.

It's actually from Sun City Center, not Tampa.  They have called my house twice, no one says anything.

Exactly. It's a stupid routine. Maybe it's a robo call that is incorrectly programmed. I don't get a msg and it's annoying to have ring stop while I'm walking to pick it up. You said it best... wtf.
