If it is free, then why am I paying $9.95 ?

They never called me.  I'm changing banks and wanted to stop automatic withdrawal, 24.75 and 4.95. My Fifth Third statement says AD&D87777878814 Ins Prem 1812660 080515.  I called Fifth Third, they told me it was Chase, and gave me their phone number (813-432-3700) Press 4 for an account that is not Chase's.
Then the company ID (given me by Fifth Third (0000 281592).  The company name is AD&D, and you must then call their number.  888-817-6833. I got to talk with a real person, who asked me for my zip code and address, and yes, I do have an account, gave me the number.  She told me they have me down for 1,000 and 60,000 coverage.  The lady said I could transfer my payments over to my new bank.
I said no, and she cancelled the insurance and will send me a confirmation letter.
I told her it would be difficult for anyone to file a claim for me if I was injured or died!
Everyone I talked to was helpful-at Fifth Third, Chase, and AD&D.  It just took time, and pushing the right button (4) on Chase's system.  The main thing you need to know is the company name and phone number (AD&D, 888-817-6833)

I started getting these charges around 2013. I called the number, they said I recieved this through my bank (US BANK) and I agreed. Which I really know I did not because I never ever do. But they had already been taking 29.95 out for almost a year. Which is a lot of money and they said it could not be redunded. That it was life insurance for everyone in my home.
I hesitantly kept it. Now its 2016 and I really think its a scam, but I'll lose all that money! What can I do? Other than canceling it, is there anyone who will buy it from me?

Someone attempted to draft on my BB&T bank account for $242.50, fortunately there was not enough funds for them to be successful, however, I was charged $36.00, which BB&T said they would credit me.. My bank suggested I close my account, no telling what I have to go through to notify my creditors in my Bill Pay system or the 2 refunds that EBay Sellers owe me. At 86 years of age and with Dementia I suspect my financial future will be in peril and I have no idea what to do.
BB&T did a trace and provided me with the following info: COMP NAME UnitedHealthcare, ID 1836282001, ORIGINAL TRACE 021000025298247, JPMORGAN CHASE, 813-432-3700, 631/691-0670.

They try to take $1200 from my banking account and all the information that I had s the same pone number 813 432 3700, they never called me

Well it's 2021 now and I have had $52.69 coming out for 5 months before I realized it wasnt my health insurance.... I called my bank and they put a hold on it because I have no idea what this is. My bank also told me that I need to call my local branch and change my account number!! The only details I could find were:
