yeah this a hole Jack Taylor called my work number 15 times and my home number 8 times in one day. and they have even called my friends and niece threating them and i was even told they would have me arrested this guy is in with a guy who claims to be John Davenport and Steven McDonald out of Chula Vista Ca. and i have reported them to the local police dept. here in Indiana and they have been reported in Camp Angels Ca. and i have also contacted my lawyer who sent a letter to John Davenport and Steven McDonald and they hung up on my lawyer. I informed them that they had been reported to Homeland Security, The Better Business Bureau they claim to work for Cash Advance per cons. with Cash Advance they have no idea who this Dumb A__ __. are.  Also if you haven't checked you credit you might want to because they were saying they were going to report to the credit bureau.

I received two calls (on my cell phone!) from this number today, saying there was litigation against me.  The callback number wasn't even a real number, it came up 052497347.  When I ignored the call, which I always do when I don't recognize the number, they turned around and called my work number.  These people have gotten my info from a pay day loan site (which I did visit) and are relentless when it comes to trying to scam people out of money.   The receptionist in my office has wonderfully been screening my calls and sending straight to voice mail.  She finally started hanging on them when they call because I told her to do so.  I happened to be near the switchboard just now and these damn people called here 9 times.  I finally picked up on the 6th call and told them they were being recorded and would be arrested once the recording is turned over to the authorities.  I was then called a mother f**** b***h and I madly hung up on them.  They've not called back since so I hope my message was delivered loud and clear.  WHENEVER YOU GET A CALL FROM ANY OF THESE PEOPLE, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT RESPOND IN ANY WAY.  THEY ARE TRYING TO SCARE YOU INTO PAYING THEM MONEY!!  Sorry for the caps, I don't mean to yell.  I just wanted to get my point across.  I hope these calls stop bothering my employer and I hope this helps those of you who may be present (and future) targets of these lowlifes.

Received 3 calls from this number today on my cell phone.  I am so glad I googled the number before I called back.  I was very suspicious with the thick Indian accent so that gave me reasonable concernt to google first.  What a scam.  I will put them on ignore and do a block of the number too.

I have also received a call from the same little man say that he has some type of document against my name and social security number. If I do not talk to him I would go to court and that I would be in serious trouble. Whatever!!!!! He has tried calling so far about 8 times and its climbing. Maybe he would get the hint no one is going to answer a number I don't know.

They called me three times today with the thickest accents while I was at work and driving I could not understand the message. And when I actually spoke to them they refused to tell me who they worked for or represented and that they had a lawsuit against me and to hire a lawyer. I was like first of all I cannot understand what you are saying speak slower or put someone on the phone that I can understand and second I never took out a loan they started yelling that they don't have to tell me anything and their records show I took out this money and have to pay it back. When I DEMANDED to speak to a superior they said ummm okay have a blessed day we don't have time to explain anything to you or we don't have to explain anything to you and then hung up on me! You better believe I am calling the SS department, I went to the bank and changed my ish and I am deleting my email because of these m fer's... BE WARNED IF 052-497-347 CALLS YOU ITS A SCAM AND IF THEY SAY ITS DAVID COOPER AND TO CALL THEM BACK AT 813-435-1963 THE LINE WILL ALWAYS BE BUSY. Take actions into your own hands and report them and protect yourself contact your bank, lawyers, police, SS department, and change your email if need be.

I continually get a call from this number stating I took out a cash advance for $300. I asked them what was the date and all they could tell me is April 2009, Hell no you give me the date. So I asked what's the website was the cash advance from. I contacted them and they told me they have no record showing I ever received a loan from them, that they have investigators looking into them. Stupid ass people, they do have all my info. I am frustrated with these people and want this to stop. Who knows how many people they have scammed.
