Texted an said they will closr my bank account.  Ssid they have been trying to reach me snd I don't respond to their calls. Threatening me with a lawsuit.

I rec'd an email with basically the same threat, but no company name that I owe or anything, scam

Sent a email about bank fraud scamers it did not even have my name it said dear debtor

Got an email from ACS Inc saying a law suit would be filed - cost was $5,825.35 -The amount I owed on this debt was $550.67.  I am not sure how they came up with 100x that amount for the cost.  Law suit was being filed in NYC (I don't live in NY)  I was in violation of federal banking regulation act of 1983, Collateral check fraud, Theft by deception.  I called the number just for fun and a man answered with a very heavy accent.  He told me his name was Patrick Spencer and he was he manager of ACS.  I asked him what ACS stood for - Ace Cash Services.  I asked him what he managed and he said ACS.  I told him to mail me a copy of my signed loan agreement and he should know that this is the 4th letter I have gotten from ACS in the last month - different names, different amounts so what really was going on.  He said as soon as they verified my name...I said verify whatever you want...but send me a copy of my signed loan agreement.  He hung up.  I am so tired of getting these threatening emails.  Even though you know you haven't done anything, it is still scary that they know so much about you.

All a scam.  DONT PAY THESE PEOPLE!!!! They can't prove I owe a thing and they are pushing me to give them a Visa Gift Card with $500 on it.

I got the same email as the above. It is all a total scam. Do not send them any money

I got the same thing.  I emailed them that I forward the email to my attorney and that my attorney was in contact with the FBI because the email is Fraud.  Let's see what they do scum bags.

I received the e-mail yesterday.  We worked with a debt company and settled several Pay Day Loan account.  The company told me since a lot of this info was public knowledge, we would be getting calls sometimes.  I did not call them back, but when I clicked on the e-mail, they are all gmail accounts.

I been getting the same call, he want me to send my money on a vanilla card, I can't send money order. When he said to send it on a vanilla card. I felt this is a scam. Why vanilla card.

I keep getting all these emails from a ACS saying i owe money. And its from different people! Is this a fraud as its saying i have a lawsuit and warrents  and ill go to jail!

Emails like this are definitely fraud especially when threats of jail or criminal warrants are included. Email is also not a valid notification of debt.  This looks to be just a scare tactic to get you to call them so they can try and further scare you into paying for a debt that either does not exist or they cannot legally prove you owe and they are entitled to collect.

I tecieved the same email a couple days ago. Claiming I will go to jail and warrants issued along with criminal charges. Its put of NY I dont live anywhere NY. They want a Vanilla card. Im not sending them anything I believe its a scam. I have tried calling and no answer just to rings several times then goes busy.

I keep getting the same email, no matter how many times I block them, they still come through.

I received an email from this number saying my husband owed money and that a lawsuit was going to be made against him for the amount of 5825.35 unless paid before hand. Said they would settle for the amount of 450.00 that needed to be sent on a vanialla one card ASAP to stop further proceedings from occuring. I asked if something had been sent through the USPS regarding this debt, they implied they had not cause it took too much time to do so.
