It was someone offering free alert bracelets to senior citizens. If you wait until the end of the message you can hit 5 to stop receiving calls from them.

This number calls several times per week.  When I hold on to talk to someone, I get a disconnect.  They are trying to sell something to seniors.

Called my CELL again today.  I have held on to the end of the recorded message twice to hit 5 to stop the calls but they keep calling my cell.  How can I find out who this company is so I can call them and/or report them?  When I call the number back it say's "mailbox full" of course!!

Received a call from (813) 445-4605 at 12:12 PM on 6/2/12.  Caller ID mentioned "Seffner, FL" (by the way, Seffner is a suburb east of Tampa).  Did not leave voice mail message.

Came up as "Unknown Caller" on the Caller ID.  I will block it, as soon as I'm off the call that I'm on.

Mine said OUT OF AREA but it was an 813 number. I just disconnected it. I get calls ALL DAY call after call after call after call after call

I didn't even get a recorded message--just thin air!

Does anybody know who these jerks are?  They call constantly, I answer and they hang up.  When I call back, I get "No one is available to take your call".

I signed up for the Florida do not call list yesterday. I was already on the Nation list.  I received 4 calls from 4 outfits trying to sell me something right after I signed up.  I guess they wanted to get their calls in before the do not call goes in to effect on July 1.  I got another call from these people just now.   There has be a special hell for these people

Call from "Seffner FL" -- recorded message "important information for seniors" offering a "free" life-alert type of device.  Has called REPEATEDLY in spite of choosing their own do-not-call option AND being on the national Do Not Call list.  DOES NOT honor ANY do-not-call option.

All I got was music so I just hung up.

What you probably did was went to a fake website and literally gave the bad guys your phone number.

"They" have called a couple of times now.  However, due to telemarketers I ALWAYS leave my answering machine on and only answer the call if I recognize the number.  This number never leaves a message.  Sometimes if I want to screw with a telemarketer I'll tell them to hang on while I get the person they are looking for.  I'll put the phone down and walk away.  Or, I'll play along with their sales pitch and see how long I can keep them on the line.  Start to sound like I'm going to "buy" then change my mind and ask for more information or ask them to explain it to me again.  And if I really want to screw with them I'll let them get a few minutes into their sales pitch then turn it into an obscene phone call.  Women - "What are you wearing?"  Men - "How did you feel when you learned your mother was giving oral sex in exchange for money?"  Telemarketers are pond scum and should be treated as nothing more.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.
