I believe this caller is some type of scammer. They call offering a free home assessment of your health. However,first they said they represented United Health Care,then it became Wellcare,latest it is WellMed . However,the phone calls are of poor quality,with three different people leaving messages,one with a heavu foreign accent.

I get these callers all the time.  I have asked my insurance company not to call me so I think it is a scam.  Don't answer and block is all you can do.  I see my doctor regularly, so it must be a scam.

Before these calls started I received a letter from my healthcare provider saying as part of their wellness program, they offer an in-home health assessment free of charge. The visit is not performed by my doctor and it sounds like they just want to see your home environment and cover that with the "wellness checkup."  They indicated that I would receive a call to set up such a visit. I've been getting them for 2 months.  Same M.O. ... sounds like someone with English as a second language calling and the connection is weak.  I bet the local phone number is hooked up to a trunk line to India or Mexico.  They should save the patient's money and stop the intrusive, badgering calls.
