Have gotten 7 calls today with no voicemail.
When I called back (from a different phone) I got a spanish speaking woman.

Been getting numerous calls from two different phone #'s    Don't know who they are or what they want!  THEY CAN SOP ANY TIME  HATE THIS HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!

Two calls this morning. Block time.

Well, over the course of the last several days I have been receiving a truly remarkable number of calls from 813-448-5144. So, eventually, I got fed up and I was ready to completely run someone through the wringer of interrogation and when I answered they immediately identified themselves as being from the Westchase Pharmacy/Zoe Scripts (Zoe Scripts is the compounding department at Westchase Pharmacy.)

Now, given who it turned out that it was, I am particularly annoyed that they did not leave any voice mail. Although, I wonder if they are not leaving messages out of the fear of HIPPA? There is some fairly good reason for people who work in the healthcare industry to be terrified of running afoul of HIPPA as some  violations which are all in all rather on the harmless side of things can carry jail time!

That said, they really could calm themselves in terms of how frequently they call until they manage to speak to the person whose prescription they are calling about. I was fairly irate by the time I'd finally answered although I was disguising that fact and was ready to use all of that irate energy to give them the once over and 3rd degree and them WHAM! Totally disarmed... bah! It was about a new prescription from the compounding department and as such, it was a high-priority that they get in touch with me.

So, even though they seem to be exceedingly aggressive in their calling behavior, it is a good idea to answer calls from this number (813-448-5144.)

One other thing here... For the "Call-Type" drop-down menu, the only available selections available aside from "Unknown" are for all intents and purposes only negative possibilities! There really should be at least one option if not several to be able to identify it as having been a legitimate reason to have been contacted by someone from that number.

After all, sometimes people should be calling you. And in this case it was about medicine that one of my doctor's had prescribed that can only be filled by one of a very small handful of compounding pharmacies. In this case, for this particular medicine, it has to be a pre-agreed upon formulation between the pharmacy and your doctor and they have their own relationship and have to use only that one pharmacy for their patients. This is due to absurd legislation that falls into the realm of security theater. You know, where they rush to pass a law (any law) that prima facie appears to do something productive and to help address a "problem" whether real or imagined on the part of the legislators and yet, it somehow falls dreadfully short at best, but more typically all it does is cause an inconvenience to regular people to make them feel as if though *something* is being done to address these "terrible" social issues even though aside from inconveniencing normal folk, it does absolutely nothing whatsoever to actually address the real underlying problem. After all, that is hard, but making people's lives more difficult to give the illusion something is being done is much easier.

Due to this factor, you will likely have to do business with this pharmacy going forward, so it is probably best to add them to your contacts if they are calling on your cellphone or at least try to remember enough of the number that you'll recognize it when they call you so that you know that it is not only safe to answer, but that it is probably very much in your best interest.
