Ever who has this number has a bad spanish accent and the only thing I could under stand is that he was with something morgan company and it was a legal matter of some kind.He said he was going to file something with the county if I didn't call him back. These people never lets the caller ID's show the name of the callers and hardly ever shows a phone number.If it was a real legal matter the person needs to learn to talk english better than that.I get several out of area calls a day but this one finally had a number show up on the caller ID and the answering machine took the call.

Someone called my mother and left this number saying it was about a pending litigation. I called this number to inquire about it I and was told that a person by the name of Jackie was who i needed to talk to. When i inquired what this was about the person on the line would give me no answer saying she was not allowed to. If this was an attorney they would not be making phone calls and they would not have trouble finding me since i work and have a drivers license.

was it a legitimate legal matter?  I just received a call saying the same thing.

I got a voice mail from this number this morning.  Supposedly a person I've never heard of listed me for a reference.  They need to get ahold of this person for a legal matter in "the county", whatever that means.  Most of the message was mumbled, so I couldn't make out much beyond that.

If you could find me to inquire about someone you are searching for then why could you not find that person?

Ok they called me again this day and said they are from tyler and morgan. Th person who left the message said she was from the hardship department. Must be some kind of collection agency.

I received a telphone call from someone named Trey Harris from Tyler and Morgan; same thing. Something about a legal matter.  Has anyone actually spoken to them?

Same thing as all the other comments here --- in this case they called my G/F's ex husband saying they new he was an associate of mine... I don't THINK so!!!  I think it's called a fishing expedition, and I wonder if it's legal!.

Also, to the person who called them to get info -- collection agencies or those acting like ones aren't allowed by law (I know! I know!) to say anything except who they are and a number once they know you're not the person or their spouse.

Also where ever they're calling from comes up unlisted or private but in this case they left the return number on the ex husbands answering machine!

You people on here are a trip! i mean come on people if they are going through this much rouble to locate you dont you think you owe it to yourself to find out whats going on??????? I mean really guys and girls we are all adults here i recieved a call from them when i called back i spoke to Trey Harris who said he was with the processing dept (whatever that means) anyway he said i needed to talk to the person who was handling my case then Ms. Denton got on the line and advised me i was about to be sued by one of my creditors and it was up to me how i wanted to resolve it i request she fax over docs saying this and she did so i talked to my family and called back and settled out before it went to litigation! Listen up people some of these people are real so my suggestion would be is to find out whats going on before its too late to do anything about it. i dont know about yall but i cant afford going o court and getting a judgment against me! all of you have something in common yall never talked to anyone!

My elderly mother just got a call on her answering maching today by a woman from "Tyler and Morgan".  The woman's message was asking about Mr. Richard ______ and his grandaughter Catherine ______.  My step-father has been dead for 9 years, and, technically I am not his grand-daughter, but he never had any children.  Since I own my vehicles, don't use credit cards and own the place I live in, and my mother is the same, I sensed an elderly scam and told my mother to report it to the local District attorney's office.  She is keeping the recording and will play it for the DA so they can check it out.  You should all do the same.
Tellin, I hope you have a freeze on your credit as you just gave complete strangers information about you.  State laws have statutes of limitations on collection law suits which vary from State to State and State superseeds Federal law.  The suit must be filed where you live, and there are all kinds of laws about how you must be notified.  The laws are also very specific about whether these are secured, or non- secured debt.  The laws vary on this as well.  I say turn them over to your local DA just like my mother is.

THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH A LAW FIRM. Like any other 3rd party collection agency they need you to sign or agree over the phone. They hit hard to find YOU who owes $$$ then if they get you they win the account.

I called them back today to speak with a supervisor who would not identify herself. RED FLAG. My advise is to ignore these people who are trying to collect on uncollectable debt. They lie and threaten people and will not stand up to their actions. They admitted they have no debt in my name. Thier telephone was shut off for three days after I recieved their B.S. phone call. Perhaps they did not pay the bill.Ignore them they are bottom feeders and a mickey mouse operation with no backbone or business savey. DO NOT BE INTIMITADED BY THEM. Jam the phone lines up ask for verification of any lie they tell you. A real scum operation. There is no court action without paperwork being sent to you, So dont fall for it. They are scum I tell you a loser company

Same thing as everyone else here.  They called my mother, looking for me and said that they were going to file a class action lawsuit against me.  So they left a ph # with her.  I called them back w/in 2 hours after they called my mother and the # was disconnected?  So....I asked my mom to give me the # on her caller i.d.  She did....that number was also disconnected???  If your a legite collector....why would your # be disconnected when I called to take care of it?  In addition, I contacted the credit ajencies and there is no such company in there records (or on mine credit report!)  I'm in the middle of seeking a home mortgage and the lender said there isn't anything on my report of this nature at all?  It's gotta be a scam.

My wife received a call from Tyler and Morgan to call ball this no. 813-463-1066. Its about legal matters and it will be filed on county were I live.

I have spoken to them SEVERAL times to tell them to STOP calling me about my brother's "legal" matter...I dont know how they recieved my number, but its utterly irritating. They apologized and said they wouldnt call me again...BUT! about 10 min later...I recieved a call from another 800 number and Im pretty sure it was them harrassing me AGAIN. How do I deserve to be harrassed when its not even my problem?! They call me one more time and Im going to literally [***] them out and make them tell me where they recieved my number. Its not fair. So calling them wont do much...unless you yell at them, and then some.
