Lauren Bell of Cain & Daniels keeps calling my phone number about case: #129480 regarding Prime Contract service and Kingston Apartments. Talking about $11,000 settlement in this case. Lauren has the wrong company phone number and think she has the right company. If I sue Cain & Daniels for these wrong calls may be Lauren will do real research and stop calling my business phone. 1-813-577-3882

Same message from Lauren Bell. She offered to help negotiate a settlement for a lawsuit which was filed against our firm. I told her no thanks and to please close our file.

Lauren Bell of Cain & Daniels called our corporate headquarters asking for the owner of our company and wanted to discuss a legal matter. Well we are publicly traded, so which owner is she referring too? I put her on hold to find someone in our legal department to talk to her, but she hung up after 30 seconds of being on hold. This definitely seems like some type of solicitation.

Lauren called from Cain and Daniels and said that she was calling about a lawsuit filed for Premier Capital. We have no lawsuit with Premier Capital SCAM.

I received a call from Lauren also. She sounds genuine. However, after reading some of these reviews, I don't know what to think. She sent me an email (I gave it to her) with a PDF of an agreement contract for me to sign. She said she could reduced my settlement by half. I sent her an email where I cut and pasted some of the bad reviews. I haven't heard back from her.....

813-577-3882 is a fraud. She also called me to settle out of court, but got all the information wrong. This is a fraud number on collecting settlements out of court. BEWARE of this number and the person Lauren Bell of Cain & Daniels is also a fraud. It's a Scammm! Do not call back this number

Called saying our name. Said Can i leave a message, they couldnt hear we answered hello hello and then they hung up.

We received a call from Lauren Bell stating the name of a lawsuit we had never heard of.  She said to call her back and only wanted to speak to the "principal" of the company.  Very suspicious.  Not calling back.

FRAUD!  - Talked to her for my own personal amusement.  Said she would settle "our case for 1/2 the amount"!  Yet knows nothing about it.  Pure trash company and person.

Lauren Bell called twice and said I had a pending law suit with Prefered Mutual which I do not have that as insurance or any pending law suit.  I told her I would be reporting the calls and she said good luck.

Can someone stop these fraudsters? Someone named Lauren calls and leaves the same generic message, as mentioned by others. She does not even name the company (I own none) against which the so called "urgent legal matter" is filed! No information about the case or who initiated/filed the 'legal' matter!!
