Sean from the New Jersey Department of Transportation repeatedly asks to speak with Marketing managers regarding a project.  I offer to take a message when they're unavailable for screening, but he claims to be in and out of meetings all day and would rather call back.  I pressed him for his number the last time, and he hung up.  Have received many similar inquiries, but this is the first where Caller ID wasn't masked.  I consider all of them to be suspect.
