The caller uses the name Eric Foster. Do not reply to any phone calls or messages!!!! BIG TIME SCAM artist!!!!! Claims they will loan you money, just send us this much and we will wire it to you!!! He also has a very, very vulgar mouth on him, with his little foreign accent!!! Obviously he can't hold down a legitimate job in this country.

Please beware of anyone who calls you from this number claiming that you've won a big sweepstakes prize. In my case, a man with a very thick accent called to tell me (very excitedly) that I had won 3.5 million dollars and a 2016 mercedes in a publishers clearing house sweepstakes. He then went on to explain that he was not with Publisher's Clearing House but affiliated with them and that the company that he worked for, American Sweepstakes Company, actually had the job of contacting winners and taking them through the process of claiming their winnings. This sent up a big red flag for me but I wanted to see how far the scammer would go to try to get my money. There was the usual "Oh, I will give you a reference number, and my supervisor will call you back in a few minutes..."; I always made sure not to answer my phone, the dude called me 14 times!! That's when I knew that this was definitely a scam. I played this cat and mouse game for TWO days. Finally, a Dr. Adrienne Cunningham from Tampa, FL called me at the phone number that I'm writing about now. He talked a good game and spoke in detail about the Internal Revenue, taxes, flying over to my state with an air Marshall to safeguard the check, depositing the money in my bank. Basically, "Dr. Cunningham" was great on detail and he was careful not to ask for any personal information but it was strange that during all this, not once was I addressed by my name and I did not volunteer my name. How can I be a winner if you don't know my name or where I live? How are you sure that you have hte correct winner? To cut a long story short, the climax of the whole scam was to try to get me to pay for "IRS fees" which would enable them to bring the check into the state legally. The good "doctor" wanted $1,300 which could not be deducted from the whopping 3.5 MILLION that I had allegedly just won!. HA! I told him that I was unemployed and didn't have any money. The "doctor" asked about credit cards, he was even willing to negotiate the amount. Negotiate an IRS fee? Really? He said that he would settle for 60% of $1,300. Again, HA! again, I don't have any money. At this point, the "doctor" started to beat a hasty retreat and muttered something about finding sponsors to help me pay for the fees. Hilarious. I give the whole scam 10/10 for perseverance; 8/10 for execution; 9/10 for attention to detail. DON'T SEND ANY MONEY!!!
