Who is this?  Why is he talking about a lawsuit that I know nothing of.

Called to say we were being sued by a company that we've never heard of & never done business with.  Asked if I knew of the lawsuit.  I said no.  He said - well, I can't help you then.   OK bye Dave!  Total scammer.

Called to ask if we were willing to settle a lawsuit that was recently filed for 50% of the amount demanded.  I asked if they had authority to settle.  They would not answer yes or no (seems a simple question, doesn't it?) but kept dancing around the question (we have been in this business for 25 years, I would not have called if I did not think we could settle).   I told him that I refused to negotiate with a third party where I did not know whether they had authority.  Then the manager got on the line and tried to bully me.  Do they just pick up complaints and then try to reach both the plaintiffs and the defendants to try to make a deal?  Maybe.  I don't see the value here.

David Kelimer (sp?) called me twice with an urgent time sensitive message about a claim filed against "my company" and even left a VM with a case number when I call back.  I haven't any knowledge about claims against my company.  It seems like a total scam to me and I will not call him back.  The number he used is 813-769-0029.

Im glad I googled this. Looks like I wasn't the only one trying to get scammed today by this David Kilmer of Hamilton Bridges. What a freaken tool

Received multiple calls and emails about a workforce services judgement. If I owed anything to workforce services I would be notified by them not some scum bag from Florida. Total scam artist. I'm taking the emails and phone #s to the Florida attorney general and see if they will investigate them

A man named David called to discuss a claim.  He would not give me any information about the claim unless I would give him my position in the company.  He did not want to get either of us in trouble. I told him we do not discuss matters over the phone and that he was welcomed to send any paperwork to the address on file.  He told me everything would be done over the internet unless we were to go down to the courthouse instead.  He would have a five minute conversation with the owner when he returned the call.

Like others have reported, have received a number of calls about a claim against us by a company we've never done business with. He also has our business name wrong. Scam. Calls from 813.769.0030.

A person called and her name she said was Mary Diaz from Hamilton Bridges.  She said a legal Suet was filed against my company and I should Immediately get back with them before it proceeds any further!  My company was sold long ago and I see others also had a scam from this so called "Hamilton Bridges!

The number they told me to call is 941-465/4163

We were just emailed and spoke to Mary Diaz. So glad I Googled it, she was insisting we sign power of attorney documents to settle for half a current debt to a creditor.  I thought it was weird as we already have a payment agreement with the company, and they know nothing about Hamilton or Maria Diaz when we asked.  SCAM!  BEWARE!!!!!

This David with Hamilton Bridges is busy.  He called and left a voicemail stating that there is an urgent legal matter that's been filed against our company and is time sensitive.  He even gave case number 710783.  Any legitimate legal action would have papers filed, not a phone call.  He gave a callback number of 941-64-4164.

Got 2 calls today from the same lady Lisa Walker with Hamilton Bridges (941)465-4167. I did not not answer and she left a message both times. First message was about a lawsuit involving 2 companies: Total cleaning solutions and A&L Janitorial. (never heard of either one). She gave a case number (743774) and said it was time sensative. The second call - 2 minutes later, was similar stating there was a legal action against my company. I did not return the call but did a google seach and found this and other things.

Mary Diaz from Hamilton Bridges called about a lawsuit filed against "the company" and offered a settlement amount to be paid in full or broken into monthly payments. She said repeated attempts to contact had failed and she must be called back immediately in order for her to "help". Total scam!

Received a call from Mary Diaz, claiming to be with Hamilton Bridges, demanding a return call to discuss an "extremely time-sensitive matter" and that I must call her today.  She also referenced a company in the call that is not in any way related to me.  Ironically, I did call back before googling this number, but the number she left (941.465.4163) is no longer in service.  SCAM.

Got a phone call from a guy named Ryan Alderberg from Hamilton Bridge claiming to speak to the owner of the company. He claimed he needed to speak to him pertaining a urgent legal matter.He even left a case file number. I had a feeling that it was bogus so I googled the firm. I'm glad I did. I won't even pass on the message to the owner total waste of time. Hope everyone were to do this of Googling a suspicious company because together we can keep these losers from preying on unsuspecting people.     This is the number he was calling from  (941)465-4166   SCAM    SCAM  Scam SCAM     SCAM  Be careful people.

Our company got a call from Melanie from Cain & Daniels saying that she was calling in regards to an urgent legal matter filed against our company that's extremely time sensitive. She gave us a claim number and phone number to call her back 941-465-4166. I'm pretty sure they are connected to Hamilton Bridges since their website appeared when I googled the phone number.
