received a call from this number, the guy was very LOUD!! He firsts loudly says i wonder if you can help me out!!!  I said ok, pulling the phone away! He said he is looking for someone in control of maintenance.  i said we have no one like that.  he said someone who handles your maintenance!  i again repeated myself and said our building handles that.  he said ok thank you and hung up.  He never introduced himself or what company he is with.

They call here, too - Wisconsin.  We buy our lighting needs right here in town - why would they bother to call Wisconsin?  He tries to get our maintenance guy's cell but I told him he didn't have one.  "Freddie" then told me to have a nice day and hung up.

Their "sales reps" are most annoying and deceitiful.  The gal who called this morning acted like she was "in" with someone within our office.  Started out with, "hey, I forgot the name of your maintenance guy -- can you help me out?  RED FLAG -- we don't have a maintenance guy.  So they are scammers to the hilt.  They need to have their post removed -- just trying to get some free advertising here, it seems.

I got the same type of call as the 2 above.  This person said her name was Stephanie Smith.  She was rude and belligerent when I wouldn't divulge any employee names.  I asked her repeatedly if this was a sales call and who she worked for.  She refused to tell me at first who she represented, then finally told me.  She lied to me about it being a sales call.  Needless to say, I will be calling to complain about her rudeness.

A guy named Josh called to speak to our head of maintenance and demanded his cell number, I would not give it out he started being ugly and very rude and then hung up. Never would give his number or where he was from

They called.  Couldn't get who they were looking for and just hung up.  They are probably theives, probably from Nigeria, using the FL location as a front.

Your sales people are among the rudest I have ever experienced. We will not be accepting ANY phone calls from your company....EVER

I had the same experience as the others who posted here. He called 2 days in a row. The first day he got the owner's first name out of me. Her name is Kris. So he called back the next day asking for his "bud Kris." I don't know of anyone who would refer to her as their "bud." He became rude and pushy when I wouldn't get her on the phone and wouldn't give him her cell phone number. I mean he was totally disrespectful! My business deals with mothers of babies and toddlers so a guy calling and slapping me around verbally is very unusual. I hope they all go bankrupt very soon and leave everyone alone.

The fact that 2 of the people have their "business" email listed on AOL should tell you what kind of a business they are.

Received a call today from a very nasty sounding person. He kept asking for the maintenance manager's name. I told him "We don't have one." Then he wanted to speak to the owner. What a joke!

That's exactly what happened to me today. 6-6-12 at 10:20am.

UGHHHH they just called me too! Very very very rude! We rent our office, we don't use any maintenance people. I hung up and she called back and told me that I'm rude! Are you serious?! They don't even know who they're calling! I'm too busy for dumbass phone calls like that. Get a real damn job!

This guy calls and doesn't introduce himself and asks me who takes care of our maintenance.  I had to ask multiple questions to figure out what he meant...as we have multiple locations that do different aspects for our company.  After finding out what he truly wanted I told him that our building handle that as we lease our office space.  He immediately turns OFF the charm, curtly thanks me and hangs up.  I had to go into my call log on my phone and look up the number to find out what company he works for.  You're people are rude and we will not be doing business with your company E-V-E-R!!!!!

If you get a call from these people and decide to take them up on the offer of a free gift they want you to spell your name for the shipping department. DON'T DO IT! They are recording it and can use it as authorization to ship and invoice you for whatever they are selling.

one of your "sales associates" just called and asked who our maintenance guy was.  i stupidly told her his name.  i will add that not only was she lacking in politeness,  she was eating something while she was talking to me, or else she was smacking on gum.  very unprofessional.  next time she'll go to the extension that we send telemarketers where it just rings and rings and rings
