Your inside sales people need to stop calling the same companies with the "I am wondering if you could help me" line pretending to have forgotten the name of "the guy in maintenance..who is that again?".  They have called my company countless times and still have the same line. This is a sales call and we have never done business with this company. Sales person refused to leave message or call back number. Legitimate business practice is to leave message and call back number for verification purposes if nothing else. When companies call and refuse to give out this information, in this day and age of scammers, you will automatically listed as a "scammer". Whether legitimate or not. Also recommend stating your company's name clearly would be recommended.

These sales people are VERY DEMANDING.  A salesman named David keeps calling demanding for me to page my boss.  I refuse and he just keeps being agressive.  I put him on hold and left him there until he hung up.

These people call all the time---I have asked to be removed from their list that we are not interested---and the line "I will just call him on his cell phone".  Really people.  How could you work for a company that is so unethical?

Hand up on these people, they can't get a real job in hte real world so they try underhanded schemes to rip you off!!

Please stop calling----we are not interested----your tactics are lame, unethical and down right annoying. The companies you are calling are again, not interested!!!!!!! If you are told to stop calling, then you are to stop calling.

Do not give these people anyone's name. Usually when anyone calls with this kind of request  "I need to talk with your (blank) person, I forgot his name"  I tell them I am not allowed to give out that information and ask for their name and company. I do check with my manager, make sure that no contact has been made to that company, relay that to the caller, and DO NOT give over to voicemail as this will give them access to a person's name.

I've gotten two very rude calls from these people. After the second call and the guy abruptly hanging up, I called back to tell the woman who answered to remove our number from their call list. She claimed she would hand it off to her sales manager to remove the number. We'll see in a week.

Do not give these people anyone's name over the phone or they will continue to call.

Got a phone call asking form my boss.....told him he was not available.  He asked for his cell phone #.  I said I don't know that #.  I said would you like to leave a message he said that makes me uncomfortable............I said well if you can't leave a message than I can't help you.  He said that's ok, I love you.....................WTH??????????   I am devastated. He better hope he doesn't call again!  Get a real job

Called my work, did the whole "I am wondering if you can help" me line and then acting like they forgot the name of the "guy who is in charge of maintenance". I transferred her to my manager because frankly I am so sick of answering these types of calls and I didn't want to deal with her. I heard my manager trying to get her off the phone but apparently the caller was being just too damn persistent. Whatever people.

Maybe you and your manager need to attend training in HOW TO HANG UP THE DAMN PHONE. Or are you afraid of being "rude" to crooks like this?

Unethical Practice....We will give you a gift if you buy 18 dollar light bulbs????. That is stupid.....They are looking for a person who wants to join them in unethical business practice so I use the company's money and get gifts from them (so low).. How can one defile their conscience to the point of doing this?
