Starts out - I was wondering if you could help me.  The guy in maintenance, what was his name again?  Told him he was out this week after making up a name.  Search the number and it comes up commerical lighting.  
He called twice in a row on both our lines.   I told him I just spoke to him on our other line.  He hung up fast.

Same thing the prior post said. Mine was a lady asking about our maintenance guy, when I asked what company she wanted she had the wrong name, then she asked confirmed the address and again questioned about our maintenance guy. When i said we do not have a main. guy she hung up. Poor business tactitc if this is someone trying to drum up business!!!

Called office yesterday - same as above.  "What's the name of your maintenance guy?  I've forgotten his name..."  I said told her she had the wrong number (big building, they take care of maintenance); she repeated herself, I said again she had the wrong number and hung up on her.  Plus why would "company" with an area code not even in our state - or any close by! - want the name of our "maintenance guy"?  I agree with Jess, VERY poor business tactics.  These scammers get more moronic by the day.

Same as above.  "Yeah, what's the name of your maintenance guy?  I forget, you know the one who does the maintenance for your building?"  I knew it was a bogus call, but only gave out the first name.  I should have just hung up on him but I had people in front of me and I couldn't be rude to the guy.  No matter, the guy I sent him to was on vacation anyway. I hate callers like that.

Same thing happened to me, except the guy asked for me by name.  Not admitting who I was, i told him i would have to take a message.  He said "I'm the lighting guy, just page him....".  Well, we don't do that here, since there are only 9 of us in the my office.  Douche.
Either way, wouldn't leave a name, message or number.  Just said he would call back, then hung up quickly.

"Tommy" just called here (an HVAC business) and said casually "hey it's tommy the lighting guy, i forgot what the name of your shop forman is, can you remind me again" I asked what company he was with and he said I'm tommy the lighting guy.  I asked again and he said I'm tommy from commercial, I told him to put us on the do not call list.  Idiot, typical slime ball tryingn to sound like he is our best bud or we've known him for a long time.  I looked up the number and it is from Tampa Fla.  a business called Commercial Lighting.

Same as all above.  Guy on phone says "who is your general manager now?"  I told him a common name, Joe.  "Joe, thats right, I need to speak with him."  He's not in right now can I take a message?  "I need to talk to him, what's his cell?"  Sorry, I can't give that to you, can I take a message?  He hung up quick.  Looked up phone number and got their Facebook page.  Seriously thought about placing a comment.Commercial Lighting out of Tampa Florida.

This number has called me a trillion times back to back, Ridiculous! When I call back it says commercial lighting.
I have no idea who commercial lighting is... but I surely know I would never do business with someone with such shady business practices!!

Seriously? This "Commercial Lighting" company just called again, and wanted me to provide the cell phone number of our owner.  How stupid do they think I am.  I called them back and reported the caller.  We'll see if they try again. Morons.

I got a call from Henry and he stated how hard it was to get a hold of me. He starts out with brushing off his company name and lets me know that we get a free cooler/ice chest/etc. He wants to send it to me for the promo and then turns it into sending us 60 lights at $40 a pop. I do not want any lights, and he tries to sell me various products and gets down to trash liners or things at 40% off; or the special price. My fault for providing him an address but at the end i asked him to send us nothing and that we are not interested in any purchases. Now that i look up the phone number online, i see this. I have sent the company a message and let them know to not send me anything.
