813-899-2928

Call from 813-899-2928 and callerID shows "Purple Heart Se".  When answering machine picks up the caller sends a loud dial-tone back.  If you pick up the phone the dial-tone stops and then it starts ringing as if you had made a call.

These idiots are relentless. I get this call several times a day on my caller ID, and it's been going on for months! Never a voice mail - Purple Heart SE --- I'd like to rip their purple hearts right out of their chests!

We got a call with no message left from 813-899-4979, with the same caller ID of "Purple Heart Se".

These number belong to the Purple Heart Services Foundation, of the Military Order of the Purple Heart.  It looks like they are a non-profit organization, and this is their Tampa bramch.

Not sure how they got our number - we're on the Federeal Do Not Call List.  Besides, we never make blind donations - over the phone, or to anyone who shows up on our doorstep.
