Called, left no message. I suspect it is the same group that has been harassing me for a year with "we detect trouble with your computer."

A person with a distinct Indian (as in the Country of India) accent called saying he was "Mack" with the "Microsoft Technical Desk" and that they had detected outdated virus signatures on my computer. He instructed me to go to my computer and he would guide me to a website where they could fix the problem. I told him that I wasn't home and couldn't get to my computer. He wanted to know when they could call back. I said I didn't know. I am very suspicious of this.

I did not answer that call that came today and a couple of other times recently.  Thankfully caller ID helps to identify these predators.  If you don't identify the caller, don't answer!

Same issue, an indian guy asking about my computer cause it could be hacked.

Same as others, man with strong India accent. Wanted to fix my computer. This has to be a scam to get people to connect with there servers. I told him I did not ask for help. I asked him if he delete my number from his system.

Strong accent; Stated tech support & wanted to remote in;  I just downright hung up on the POS!

Hung up on this caller.   Again, Stating from Microsoft.

Received a call today from this number and I did not answer.   Display name "Not Available".  Left no message

it was a lady with heavy accent. Said there are technical errors on my computer and she's calling from Microsoft technical support. So asked my to use the run function to run www.fastsupport.com. i googled the website and it was going to allow her to remote use my computer. I hung up on her. She's called back a couple times, and is not leaving a message.

She kept trying to override all my objections that I haven't had any problems with my computer, She said it's a microsoft security programs that isnt downloading correctly, and we need to maunally do it. Regardless of what I said, she kept pushing me to do www.fastsupport.com and let them have remote control of my computer.

Can someone report this to the Microsoft Corp.? I would think Bill Gates would be concerned someone out there is using their name fraudulently.

Got another call today - This time display showed:     POTS Phone    813-912-2441    I DID NOT ANSWER and no message left.

Microsoft never calls anyone!!!  Wake up!!

Indian accent, said error between my computer and their server, such an obvious scam.

basically same comment as every one else, strong Indian accent  asked me to get on my windows 7 computer and install the update package he was going to send me... yea ok... from working in IT I know this is fake and the fact that I asked him to tell me in detail where he got my information from and company info  all he could say was ma'am I need you to do this. I told him to take my number off the list and he argued he could not so I disconnected the call

"Microsoft" called to tell me that my computer was damaged and that they will fix it if I go through a step by step process.  I told them I use OSX and he kept pushing on that they received the alert.  I told them I am a computer technician and they hung up.

Called numerous times / all times of the day to my cell # no messages left, obviously ...

I think this company is now spoofing my business number 800-725-3300. I'm getting calls from people saying they missed a call from my number.

Said they were from Microsoft and needed to help me with my computer, I told them I don't have a computer and they insisted I did and it had viruses. I insisted that I don't own a computer and to remove me from your call list I hung up and this number proceeded to call me back 17 times in a row hanging up on my voicemail each time and calling right back, not really sure what to do but this has turned into harassment now...I'm on the do not call so not sure what else to do...

I did not catch the whole number he called from, but I think it was this one. Either way, the Indian accent said he was fr MS but a consultant and he asked for a person who actually had retired from our company years ago. I said I can help you. He tried really hard to get past me. I said we are all set and also we have a vendor we work with in IT who helps with our software anyways. He went from being polite to being angry and swore and hung up on me. I should have just hung up. This is a place of business. it should be illegal.
