I received a call from "Alex", at my place of employment.  He had a very heavy accent and was rude.  He knew my name and address, and said he was trying to colllect on a loan I never had.  I need to find out how to report this.

I just got the same call from Alex Martin saying a legal investigation was being made again me.  Anytime I see a 000-000-0000 or a number I dont know I ignore it.  Now with the droid and the calling app I can ignore them all together when the number tries to call, it drops it and wont even allow them to go to voicemail.  I would like to know how people are getting our info for crap like this!

I've been receiving calls on my cellular and on my Job.  A guy named Roger Stuart has been calling and saying he was from a legal department of ACS and asking questions about a loan I'd made and I did'nt pay for it.  I told him I did'nt know what he was talking about and he start asking question real fast and gave me no chance to understand really what was this all about.  I'm from PR so I ask him for someone who could talk spanish and he told me that no one could spoke spanish.  He told me I owed $497.00 and if I pay it inmediatly no further chargers would be add to my account and I wouldnt have to go to court. Then he ask me when was I going to pay and I told him that I had no money so he told me to hold on as he talk with hes supervisor. All this happen while I was on duty ; then he came back and told me that I was lucky because they would give two days to make the payment. So I said OK just to get them off my ack and suddenly he told me that in order to make this faster to give him my credit card number and i told them i didnt have it so he told me he was going to sned me some documentation to my email and i'm still waiting for it.  He calls me during the day a lot of times every 10 seconds.  Then he starts calling to my job and asking if they can give them my social security number. And he keeps bugging.  In my job they told him he was arrasing me at my job and they would call the police.  They even ask to speak with the Store Manager but didnt say what was it all about.  They only left this 1-813-995-6191 numer so I could call them back.  When they call me I only see 000000000000000.
