It seems this outfit is operating illegally in almost every state since all the state registrations that I can find are dissolved, inactive, or revoked.

First you should send them a letter telling them to take you off all internal and external call lists.  You should also tell them to mail (USPS) you a copy of their written do not call policy (every call center must have one of these by law and must furnish it upon request).

Next, you should file complaints with the FTC:  https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1

As well as your State Attorney General’s Office.

If they persist in calling, you can then sue them for TCPA violations getting at least $500 per call or more.

I guess the robecall gods smiled upon me. I was called at 730pm. Didn’t answer. No idea what they wanted. Don’t really care what they wanted just wish they and their ilk would get a real job and make a meaningful contribution to society. Nothing new or unique about these dirtbags. Probably the usual telemarketer scum.

Anytime the phone rings at 8:07 am my heart drops. Caller ID says CCI. Did not answer. Will not answer. I don't care what federal law says, that is far too early to be calling unless it's an emergency!

I receive this call any time of the day or evening. I do not pick up.

cci 18142500951 lady calls me around 830. I pretended to be  an answering machine and she hung up.

Called twice today and left no message.

This number call us many times. I told her please stop calling us and I will report to police

Initially called to solicit a donation in November. Have been heckling me since with phone calls once or twice a week.

Called numerous times in the evening.  Each time there is no sound from the other end, and after a few seconds, the other end hangs up.

Called 8:15 am on feb. 1, 2018. Didn't answer and they didn't leave message. Keep calling.

I get at least 6 calls every day from different numbers in the 814 area code.  No one ever leaves a message so I block them but they just call back with a different number in the 814 area code.  I wish phone apps gave you the option to block an entire area code.  I have 28 blocked numbers from this area code. This (along with the do not call list) is rediculous.

This level of effort is sure to be unrewarded, as such frauds stay way ahead of zealous efforts to intercept. Just hang up. Never return a call. Where exactly does one send a certified letter, when these blokes are ghosts?
