They called two months ago with a blocked number and I asked to be removed from their call list.  I received follow-up call from this number.  They will not take no for an answer and when asked to speak with supervisor, they didn't seem to care.  They put supervisor on and she gladly gave me her name and contact information.

are they for real?

I received a call last month from this number, offering a free one-room carpet cleaning and a bonus sofa cleaning, as a result of my friend referring them to me (she must have had an in-home consultation). I was interested, so scheduled an appointment (fully knowing the free cleaning would come with a consultation, which was fine with me) for that coming Sunday.
Well, Sunday came and went, and no one showed, and no one called. I didn't have a return number at the time, so had no way of following up.
Surprise surprise, I got a call from them that following week wanting to reschedule. I asked what happened on Sunday, why no one showed or called. She said she didn't know, she just had a note from her manager to reschedule our appointment. I gave them one more chance and scheduled the appointment for two Sundays from then. Keep in mind Sunday is literally the only day of the week that my husband and I are at home the same time, and I told her that (they want both spouses or partners home for the presentation. fine.).
AGAIN no show, no call.
I will never work with them again. I can't believe a company trying to sell me something would handle a potential customer this way.
