Called twice back to back at 9:15pm. I didn't answer as it was so late. They did not leave a message.

Called at 2:30am last night. Weird timing because I had accidentally called someone else one minute before. I hung up. They called back and a woman said hello when I answered.

This number calls and calls and calls. Why so much, but never leaves a message. Annoying.

Well, if a phone number kept showing up on my caller id (no phone numbers cannot make calls) then I would have answered to find out what the call was about.  Then I could have come here and made a useful, helpful post by detailing the call purpose which is why this website was established.

Same, My phone dialed 911 for no reason. Then I received a call from this number 8162491844 and someone called me asking if everything is okay? but it's not 911

This happened to my mom recently there was an alarm that sounded and then a woman answered and said it was 911, mom told them what happened and somehow the real 911 was called and she didn't dial it!

My phone called 911 last night and then that number called 816-249-1844, I did not answer.

How would you know if "that number" called this number? You on something?

That doesn't answer the question, though.

I called it back and she was asking to buy my property.
