    This one was a bit different: received an email saying that my PayPal business account creation and SSN verification was complete.  A setup cost of $220 would be deducted.  If I didn't authorize this process I was to call PayPal Business at 816-332-6618 or 803-201-7676.  This seems like an obvious ploy to obtain a Social Security Number (SSN), a prelude to identity theft.  DON'T call these numbers!
