The domain in the link (wkam.org) is only about 5 months old, registered 2024-04-11.
However it redirects to a workingamerica.org web page titled "How to Get Government Help in Buying a Home ".  There are five informational links on the page and a link to a feedback form.  For the five links; four are to HUD.gov sites and one to a .com site that provides a search form for "HOUSING COUNSELING SERVICES" which asks for nothing more identifying than a Zip Code,  The feedback form only requires an email address (unless you want to become a Working America member, then they also ask for a name).
workingamerica.org was registered 2003-03-12 and belongs to Working America.
    According to Wikipedia:
    Quote:
Working America is the political organizing arm of the AFL–CIO. Its membership is made up of non-union individuals. It is the largest non-union workers' group in the United States, with a self-reported membership of 3.2 million individuals. Working America advocates for progressive policy issues. The organization recruits people in working-class neighborhoods on their doorsteps in an effort to persuade them to support labor-backed candidates at election time.
WhoIs information for wkam.org shows it was registered by Broadnet Teleservices LLC.  They are a company that provides services so that their clients can "communicate" with their intended audience through different media platforms.  Working America is apparently one of those clients, and wkam, org was created to support one of their campaigns through Broadnet Teleservices LLC.

    Most probably not a scam.
