Spam text on my cell phone, very much like another from 816-638-2023:
"Working America: Need help with utility bills or AC repair? The LIHEAP gov. program may help. More at (they inserted a link where their victims can go to give away personal info) Reply STOP to Quit. It appears that LIHEAP is a valid government program in my state, but I don't trust any unsolicited communication on my phone or in my email. If I were to need assistance, I can go to my state's website and and fill out their application there, rather than risk going to an unknown website on my phone.

I also just got a text message talking about a government assistance program helping with AC/utility bills. It doesn’t appear that Working America has anything to do with this, but there is a government website LIHEAP that helps low income people with energy assistance. I am pretty sure this text was a scam.
