Who is this who calls? I am on the do not call list and have been for a long time

I get a phone call from this number every hour on the hour. I know I was 4 days late with my Sears payment and they won't let you pay the amount you owe on line unless you pay the next months payment as well as making you answer questions why you are late, when you will be able to make payments on time and where you are getting the money to pay this. If I could pay this on time I would have.

calling my cell phone and house phone no on is there when answered...

I receive many calls from this number on a daily basis.  After reading some of the other posts, the number belongs to citigroup who took over for sears.  I don't own a sears credit card.

Pay your bills and it won't happen lol it's Citicorp/Sears calling about a late bill.

It's not Citi and it has nothing to do with paying or not paying your bill.  IT IS SCAM!!!!!  Do not give them any information, do not answer and eventually it will go away.  Best advice I can give.

Called today and claimed to be Sears.  Wanted to verify it was me and asked for personal information. Wanted me to give my SS# number, DOB, etc.  Sears would already have that information when I applied for my card.  Hopefully something can be done about these clls.  I plan to call Sears and tell them.

They called three times within as many hours.
Caller ID says "Missouri  816-420-1818"
-- nothing but dial tone when I answered.

Received a total of four calls from them today. Don't understand how they get my number as I am on the Do Not Call List. I hope Sears will do something about them calling.

4 calls so far today.  Want these calls to stop.  Just keep hanging up when it goes to voice mail.  No sears or Citibank accounts.

16 calls in three days. Turns out I was a couple of days late paying $35 store card bill. Glad it wasn't anything serious. Totally ridiculous!

Calls constantly, doesn't leave message.

Everyday since Jan 31, sometimes 4 or more times a day they call.  I don't answer anymore.

I just got a call from this number.  Left a message on my voice mail stating if this is Deborah press 1, if it is not, press 2.  The recording went on for 2 minutes before it finally disconnected. I called the number back and the gal answers Hello, and then stutters and then goes in to some other thing about being Citi bank/Sears etc and wants my account number.  I told her no!  What was this call about?  She said if you have a Sears account it would be because your account is pass due.  I told her that was Bull S**T because I do not have past due accounts.  She then said in a snotty voice, "Well, then you have a good day."  I told her, "Bad Scam" and hung up.  Beware, do not give your info and account number to this person or number!!!  Portland, Oregon

If you get a call from this number.  Don't answer.  They say they are with Sears and your account is past due.  I hung up and called Sears direct.  I don't give any account information to anyone at anytime.

Same here in Honolulu re: 816-420-1818.  This number called me 5x this Sunday 02/26/2012.  Can't believe that a guy left a message on my phone telling me to pay an overdue account of $79 plus and if I do not pay I will be liable for a late fee of $14 plus?  I never miss payment for my sears credit card.  I assume that somebody got hold of Sears credit card info telephone numbers and are trying to complete the puzzle of acquiring one's name and account number to scam!

They call me about 4 times a day, stop calling me!!!

Automated message claims I have not paid Sears bill, I did.  They offer several options, including paying via credit card,  (Yeah, sure, I'll give them that info).  Called 3 consecutive mornings, (Sun, Mon, Tue) about 8:30 AM
