Unless this was a real person with a bad connection, the caller didn't say anything when I answered my business extension with "This is Jennifer."  Instead, there was just air.  Then a female voice (a bit robotic) said "Hello?"  to which I answered "May I help you?"  Again, silence.  I eventually hung up.  I am thinking this MIGHT be one of those robo calls where the computer is programmed to launch into [whatever] upon hearing the exact word "Hello" which I did not say.
