Perhaps IC systems, seems they have very bad reputation and many numbers according to others, they call everyday about the same time, one complaint said they dig up "old debts" or some BS.
If they were legit you'd be seeing something in the US mail!

They called me this morning at 9:51 am, then again at 8:29 pm. Both times, I didn't answer. Both times, they didn't leave a message. That usually means scammers. The Better Business Bureau has given them a B rating, says they're a legit collections company. Except I'm not delinquent in my debts, so it's NOT legit...

They just called me, wanted to know my address and personal info. When I said who are you? I'm not disclosing personal information, the woman just hung up on me

When I question about the bill and would like a copy of this supposedly delinquent acct they say I have, they tell me they can only give that information to my lawyer.  Right there screams fraud.  I tell them I have a legal right to see what I am being charged and they tell me they won't mail it to me.  They ramble people's names in my family which I tell them the Internet is a great thing.  So without proof, good luck with this claim which is over 7 years according to the date they provide.

they keep calling no messages and,if they were legit they would leave message,this number is connected to all the other numbers they use,they use portfolio forclosure,and the unknown name number and,since its called they have been placed on the DNC list,we are sueing the fake numbers,they are invadeing privacy,and so,they need to sum it up as they are busted and old bills are dropped usually after 7 years ...and,this bunch of people are hackers and stalkers and fraudulent callers,whom need to be sued its not money its theprinciple of invasion of privacy,and harassment they are doing 8167598195 ic systems on caller id,also some fake people are using facebook to harass others they call themselves "Be the Light"a weird man named Robert...and they get your number from social media in which we have to give,thats dangerous they say only you can see it,so I looked mine up ,in clear VIEW OF PUBLIC EVEN THO I MADE IT PRIVATE bECAREFUL OF PHONE CALLERS WHOM ARE HACKERS AND FAKE

They just called me, & did not identify who they were.  there was like a 5 second delay in them responding.  he shouted out my address and i said, excuse me.  heard nothing for 5 seconds again and then i just hung up  i do not have time for games.  the only outstanding thing i owe is a hospital.  but they put down a wrong diagnosis and my insurance will not pay an ER for that.  too bad.  should have put down the correct one and you would have been paid.

They called inquiring if I was Tiffany and did I live at a certain address. I kindly asked who are you and what company are you calling from. She said IC systems but didn't explain why. I told her if you can't disclose why you are calling me then why would I tell you who I am. I told her wrong number and don't call my phone again.

IC systems-  I kept asking what company he was calling from, and why and he kept asking me to verify my personal info before he would tell me, I told him I was having trouble hearing him because of all the background noise on his side, and then he hung up on me!

Just received a call from this number, about 5 seconds before man says Robert from I C Systems. Asked if I was Mary, told him yes, then asked if I lived at my mailing address. I did not confirm address. He apologized and said he had wrong person. I do not confirm any information about phone numbers or addresses. The internet shows too much information on people and this is a stranger trying to get personal information from people. If I owe anyone, the mail carriers drive down my street every day. They should send a bill like all my creditors do, unless I have consented to receive via email. Not wise to confirm your personal information on the phone to someone you don't know. This number is blocked.

They call me . Didn’t talk back .

Ive been called almost everyday by this number. I blocked it but it doesnt stop them from trying.

I get these people calling several times a day. I block one number and they call from another. I don't owe anybody. Getting really fed up with them.
