call today; didnt answer; no message

Called today. I didn’t answer. Tried to call back and it was busy.

Numerous unsolicited calls daily.

Called on my cell today.  I didn’t recognize the number so I didn’t answer it. Left no message

Called at about 6:45PM. Did answer. Male voice “Hi, is <my name> there?” I said “this is her.” Same voice asked same question a second time with same exact tone as before. I started to repeat myself when I realized it was a recording. Then they hung up. Number is nowblocked.

Asks for a random name, then goes into a pitch for solicitation

Caller:  "Um, hi, is Gerald there?"
Me: "No, is he there?
Caller:  "Oh, well, there's no message.  We'll just try back again later."
Me: "Don't try this number again."
Caller hangs up.

Was called once, left a message wanting to know if I was a dirty boy. Blocked.

Called- didn't answer. When I tried calling back it said the number couldn't be completed as dialed.

Pretty much the same as everyone else ... a male vice asked "if this was Thomas" I answered yes and it disconnected the call. I tried calling back but got busy signal.  Some type of scam going on.. I blocked number.

Called at 837am. Didn't know number so didn't answer. Don't know how they did it but when answering machine came on nothing was said but it tied up the machine somehow & it wouldn't shut off for a couple minutes. Weird! Thanks 800notes, now I know it was just another useless scam call that woke me up after puking all night with the flu!
