Caller ID said Out of the Area from a (cell phone), SCAM.  Caller said he was collecting for veterans and their families. Wanted to know if I would donate and if so he would send me something in the mail.  I said I would review the paperwork when it arrives in the mail and after I check it out I may donate,  he didn't like my answer. SCAM.  As a retired veteran I felt obligated to verbally let him have it.
