Mr. Beasley left a voiceail for my dad's ex wife that we haven't seen in over 10 years talking about an arrest warrant and ignored notices. I think it must be some sort or debt collector. I called and they removed my number from their list.

A mr beasley called for my brother a bout an arrest warrant.  I called and no answer.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

Called from 817-500-0294 stating I had a warrant for not paying back a payday loan, which I never received.

I got a phone call from this number threatening me with an arrest warrant. Is this for real? I never got a payday loan.

called my house  with the same line about not responding to a notice and that he wanted to talk about an arrest warrant. Careful not to say who the arrest warrant for. The call wasn't for me.
