I got a call from a tonya gomez today and she stated she worked with legal mediation services with clark law. I guess she was trying to convince me she was someone important but obviously didn't realize how stupid she sounds. anyone who knows anything about law knows you cant give all that information over a phone and they also know you have to send out documentation. The funny thing is she thought she was good enough at her job to convince me to pay anything. She should go work at McDonalds. That would be a better fit for her. Her ignorance would fit in perfectly. Pure stupid.

I got a call also from them stating same thing I live in a state 1100 miles away from Texas this where the number came from why would they call from Texas to tell me I perpetrated a crime in the state I reside? After I asked him about this arrest warrant about why wouldn't a deputy from my state serve me this warrant or whatever instead of you guys calling me at 1100? He hung up, I tried calling back they wouldn't answer.

I've read posts about this and other numbers being nothing more than debt collection agencies posing as state processors a guy named bill called me and told me that a lt. Mallory was wanting to talk to me I said okay let me talk to him he replied that he was on a homicide  case I said a homicide case? Then went into a spiel about federal case and listed debt, numbers, addresses all this after I asked him questions about his badge number what law enforcement agency he worked for... he got mad and hung up if they are for real they need to stop getting upset when being questioned, anyhow these ppl will call friends and family to embarrass you into falling for this ploy, I reported them to my state atty general office, they said they're getting calls from ppl making same complaints.

this is a scam they called stating i had 3 felony pending warrants... lol warrants dont pend!!! they are either issued or its nothing at all i called the payday loan people they suspposedly requested the warrant and they said that this was a scam they dont file warrants. they told to press charges againist the jokes that called me. I also called my local police department and they said the same exact thing. I am currently pressing charges againist these indivuals Frank Johnson and Tammy Gomez calling from 817-500-0297... Dont give them your money!!! they are scammers!!!! and they will be found and persecuted!!!!

I have received three messages from the same individual on the following dates:3/31/15, 4/06/15, 4/07/15.  The phone messages stated the following:  This is an urgent time sensitive message for ----, My name is investigator Tanya Gomez with the Clark Law Office my number is 817-500-0297 I need you to contact me urgently so I can retain your attorneys information or document a pretrial statement for this case released in your current county with three felony charges attatched to your social our direct line here is 817-500-0297.  I contacted this individual on 4/06/15 and I asked her what the felony charges were and she stated: 1)Violation of federal banking regulation 2) check fraud 3) deception.  I stated that I was going to report this to the Federal Trade Commission and she told me I would receive a letter in the mail and hung up.  Anyways she called me the following day and left the exact same message after speaking to me.
Tanya, if you continue to call me and leave messages, I'm going to make a report to the police department and also contact the General Attorney's Office
