I recieved a call from this number today he ststed that he was dective from the fruad dept. So i called him back he then put me in contact with a guy that told me if i did not want to be arrested i had to go to bank of america and deposit $214.00 into an account for a check that was written in 2005 that i know i did not write. So i went to the long beach police dept and after they reviewed the number they told me that this guy was a fruad. I inturned call Mr Miller back and after speaking with him again he changed from being a dective to being a privite investorgator and i still needed to pay that money so i call the guy that wanted me to deposit the mony in his account and told him i went to the long beach police dept he hung up on me. I live in california and these guys are calling from texas.  SO IF ANYONE GET A CALL FROM A DECTIVE MILLER PHONE NUMBER (817) 500-4230 OR SCOTT CHAMBERS PHONE NUMBER 888-702-6950. CALL OR GO TO YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPT AND FILE A REPORT.!!!! THIS IS A FURAD!!!!!!!

i have been approved for a loan from morris j.an firm.. they want me to send 350.00 to them before a deposit to my acc. can be made...is this normal

No, it's not "normal"!   It is ILLEGAL to have to pay money upfront to get a loan - only scammers do this!  Doesn't matter if they say it's a processing fee, first installment, insurance or because you have bad credit - it's against the law to require someone to pay money to get a loan.  Do NOT send any money!
