Just another bill collector using strong armed tactics trying to get you to pay a very old bill..Threatening arrest and prosecution..he said his name is James Brooks from the Clark Law Firm..lmao..said an arrest warrant will be issued TODAY (1/21/15)..and if this is not taken care of by today there is nothing he can do to stop it..hahahahaha....bet I'm at work tomorrow and the next day..and the next day...it's illegal what these morons are doing..I hope no one falls for it...you will not be prosecuted or arrested....

So far as I can find, there is no Clark Law Firm.   This is just the same old same old gang of white collar crooks that go around trying to scare people into paying money on very questionable or non-existent debts.  Been going on awhile.  Nobody has been able to find them, but I think they are in Texas.  

This guy Brooks (or whatever he is calling himself these days)  is a bad actor, talks like a 1930s movie hood.  Don't let him intimidate you.  Block their calls and ignore them.
If someone calls you and starts threatening you with criminal prosecution over a civil debt, simply hang up and report them. You cannot be arrested for ordinary civil debt.  Threats like that are a clear violation of the federal Fair Debt Collection Act.

guess what i wasnt arrested...no record of an arrest warrant issued for me down in the court house..nothing..nada...as a matter fact NO RECORD of anything on me..LMAO.....I guess these scammers just change their number and hope that someone will fall for this..dam shame someone will..I did find this though..."Kenneth Stall, Hialeah Cir W, Fort Worth Texas"  seems like this might be the person the phone is registered too....
