    These ppl threatened me with felony warrants over a debt i payed a couple of years ago. They even had a guy call and fake as an law enforcement officer. When i did my research and called the police they told me it was a scam. Make sure u file a police report.

    they had my husband arrested on a warrant we thougt it was a scam until he eneded up in jail we sould have listened to them the first time and avoided all the extra costs

    Poor baby!!!    Of course that NEVER happened.  Even if he did owe, jail is NOT an option.

    Prove me wrong--give us the court docket number, county & state of the filing as well as the judge who signed off.  The name & address of the plaintiff will also be appreciated.  That would be on the document you received & is public record .

    So it is a scam or not? I thought the message said Mark Law Firm but might have said Clark. Said it wAs about fraud charges??? I only got one message bad never again. I have debated calling them back.
