Called saying business was "referred by golfers" needed a business like ours over there. Roundabout way of selling advertising for 375 bucks at a local golf course. I

817-548-0585 just called our business. Caller ID showed up as "Benchcraft Co". It was a male caller trying to solicit advertising space for a local golf course. In the past we've been contacted by a few companies all claiming to represent the very same local golf course, and each and every time we've contacted the golf course directly to see if it was legit, it hasn't been. Thankfully we've never given these people money. When we inquired to this male caller for his company name, he refused to give it. When we expressed our suspicion of him refusing to even tell us his company name, he hung up on us. Seriously? Blocking the number immediately. While they very may well be a legitimate company, with employees like the one we just spoke to, we don't see them staying in business for very long, and they surely won't be doing any business with us.

After said male caller hung up on us and we blocked his number, we received a call from 817-548-0684 with someone shouting "F*** You!" over and over. Hung up on the rude caller and blocked that number as well.

Ad space sales. Blocked.

Annoying telemarketer selling ad spots. Don't know how they continue to get through after being blocked. I must answer the phone too fast....sigh.

Got a call from Timothy. Did not mention company name but had him send an email to my company junk address. No formal template and only mentioned Benchmark in the company website address listed on the page. His email address format was (first initial/last name) bcctx@gmail.com. Don't know why he is calling my business in GA. Same golf ad sales pitch.

project manager called claiming he was from Deerfield Golf    when I called back, got a busy signal.
