Received call from that number,  Debra said that this was  Energy Conservatiion Program, part of the stimulus , yes it is the government; she asked what what the highest electric bill I had last year,  after giving an amount, she said I qualified for home eval, and available $5000 free-- they  will send an analyst to my home to evaluate what could be done to make my home more efficient and would cut my bills in half,   Wanted to set up appointment for evaluator, to call 1-888-949-5195 to confirm.   She called back, I told her that I was not interested and did not want , but before I could finish she hung up on me.  I knew I smelt a rat.

Sept 17. 2013  Had same phone call from Ketisha, but I set up apointment for tomorrow.  Mistake. She never asked for my income to see if I qualified.  Sounded african american on the phone. Will try to cancel.  I have return number.  1-888-949-5195.  Also there was a disconnect during conversation and she had to call me back.  What was she doing?  Something is wrong.

Called 5 times within an hour and a half. Spoke to Danielle the supervisor. She got testy when I asked about Do Not Call list and said they were not soliciting. I will report to Attorney General's office.

Got a call from this number on 10/29/2013.  They stated there was a high usage of energy in my area and wanted to perform an energy audit.  They said I might be eligible for a $500 grant and asked questions like if I planned to move during the next year.  They wanted to know how high my utility bill was and then gave me a choice of times they could come to my home the next day to perform energy audit.  They offered a security code that only they and I would know and stated, "Do NOT let anybody in unless they have that code".  After the call I called my local utility company who were incredibly apathetic and uncaring and they said they never heard of the organization and was told flat out "You'll have to do the followup on your own".  I called back the number to cancel the appointment and got somebody different and was asked again for my name and how it was spelled, my address, my phone number, etc.  I now realize there was no reason to call back because I had figured out by then it was all a scam.  

They called me to update my credit card info for LA Fitness. I've received 5 calls from them today saying they're LA Fitness calling to update my credit card info. All 5 calls have been from a different number and they've all left messages. This was the first number that called me.

Called to verify coverage as a lienholder on a vehicle

Called me left no message. Looked up number saw this. Good thing to report it because they've called again.
