If Ionex Tele are the provider as reported, they were merged with Birch in 2003. I have left a msg for the regulatory compliance people at Birch - waiting for a callback.

If they are providing services to a company robocalling they must want to stop it or have their name associated with illegal activity.

According to Google the telecom provider is Ionex Communications South, Inc (seems to be part of Birch). I called and left VM for their compliance officer - no call back yet.

Maybe as the FCC are so slow to shut these miscreants down we can get the telecom provider to avoid providing service.

Automated solicitation about auto insurance.

Received call from this SPAMMER NBR about 1 hour ago on my cell#... as usual they do not leave any message.
This is my 2nd call from this number - last one was 2013-06-12.

1) They go by the ALIAS name of "Insurance Placement Center".

2) They use MULTIPLE FAKE NUMBERS TO CALL FROM -- Just Google the company name to see some of the FAKE Numbers they call from:

I don't mean to be critical...but I think y'all aren't using your imaginations.  Last time I actually answered the phone and it was some silly insurance company, I had a GREAT time talking to the poor girl who was trying to sell me insurance.  I started by acting fishy about what I do for a living...and feigned a nervous breakdown after admitting that I "rob" banks for a living on and on about the hazards of the job and how I don't even HAVE insurance.  I even asked if it would cover me if I got shot by a security guard.  (My coworkers in our work lunch room were laughing so hard that I thought it was going to give the whole thing away!!!).  
Anyway, I can garantee they took me off the list and marked "nutcase" on my number...since I wasted a good 15-20 minutes of their time...and made the poor caller feel REALLY BAD when I started crying...
So next time you get one of these frauds terms...don't get angry...get even!

Same as the rest. An insurance scam making an illegal telemarketing call to a cell phone.

I received a call from this number (817-803-4620)  and did not answer.  The caller ID shows it originated from Euless, Texas.  No message left.  Based on other posts on this forum I filed a complaint with the "National Do Not Call" registry as I have been listed with them for many years.  These spammers need to be stopped ~ NOW!

Called my mobile.  Woke me up from a well-deserved nap.  Don't mess with me when I'm tired and cranky and DON'T call when I've put my phone on the DNC list!!!!!!!

The only reason I ansqwered was the caller ID said "Euless Texas" a town near my home.  

Got a recording about insurance and a press 1 for more info and 3 to be removed.  I pressed 3, but then decided to call back and read them the riot act!  I yelled at the top of my lungs to get the hell out of my phone.  Then I called back 20 more times and yelled at whomever answered.  On my 20th call, I got this message:  "This number is not in service.  Please check the number and try again.  Good-bye."  

Just to be sure that they really DID disconnect that line, I think I'll call them back later and again tomorrow and the day after that and twice the next day!

Guys I love that people are mad enough to start talking about this, but lets all do something too.  If you are on the National Do Not Call registry, please file a complaint.

VM left on my cell regarding reduced auto insurance rates.  3 attempts made to use automated option to be removed. Each time call disconnected.  Phoned back, "Jim" answered, inquiring if I would like my quote for reduced rates.  My response, "I would like for you to remove my number from all your lists."  "Jim" disconnected the call without responding.
