PR Sytems = a "junk-debt" buyer. Look it up online. Ignore them and block each number by using an anti-spam app on your cell/mobile. (Note:  they use hundreds of phone numbers, so be warned. They say they'll never stop, but we'll see.)

Honestly, it's easier to change your number. They say they never stop. Save yourself the grief.

PR Sys = junk-debt buyer. You are correct: hundreds of numbers in lots of cities/towns. I use an APP from Playstore to block their spammy calls, adding each number they call me from. Makes life easier.

Just called, left no message BUT I got a message for them - you can't leave a message I can't call you back.  

Portfolio Recovery, another one of their hundreds of numbers.  Its a scam.  and once they have a number once related to you, they will call for years to come!  Blocking a number doesn't help, they will just call from another one of their multiple lines.  Called me at 8 am this morning...again!

These low life creepers, don't leave a message. I don't answer phone calls I don't know and if you don't leave a message thats not my problem.
